Dr. Elvis Ukpaka is a Global Leadership Strategist, Executive Advisor, Leadership Coach, Corporate Facilitator, Keynote Speaker, and Author with extensive experience in leadership development, executive capacity building, and organizational effectiveness.

He holds a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, USA, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Marketing from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa. His professional development also includes specialized training and certifications in leadership coaching, facilitation, and organizational development.

With professional experience spanning Nigeria, South Africa, the United States, and Canada, Dr. Elvis brings a global perspective and practical understanding of the leadership challenges facing executives, organizations, and institutions across diverse environments.

Over the years, he has trained and mentored more than 100,000 individuals through leadership development programmes, corporate training, coaching, speaking engagements, and educational initiatives.

His work focuses on helping CEOs, executives, and organizational leaders overcome leadership bottlenecks, strengthen delegation and accountability, develop high-performing teams, improve strategic execution, and build sustainable leadership systems.

Beyond his corporate leadership work, Dr. Elvis Ukpaka is an ordained Chaplain in Canada and a Christian minister with a passion for providing spiritual care, guidance, and support to individuals across corporate workplaces, government institutions, and communities. He is also the founder of Changemakers for Christ, a separately registered Christian nonprofit organization dedicated to biblical teaching, discipleship, and spiritual development.
